MLS cabinet body is made of 2mm thick Al-Zn coated steel sheet. Various subsections and functional units are assembled with grade assembled with grade 8.8 self-tapping screws using E=25mm modulus holes. The framework and enclosure has adequate strength and rigidity and capable of withstanding certain mechanical stress, electrical stress and thermal stress and can withstand the dampness during the normal service. The door panels are made of 1.5mm thick quality steel sheet and hinges have an opening angle of at least 120°. The door surface is sprayed a coat of epoxy powder. IP rating can be IP30, IP40, IP31, IP41, IP42, IP55.

Depending on the structure of their functional units, MCC cubiclescan be withdrawable type, plug-in typeor fixed type.Fixedunits can equip with 3-pole or 4-pole molded breakers withcurrent of 160A-2000A. The height of standard modules varies from 8E/2 to 72E. Plug-in units can be used as feeders or motor controlunits with current of 160A~800A and standard modules of 8E/2 to 36E.Withdrawable units are of modular design and consist of standard modules ranging from 8E/4 to 24E and suitable for feeders and motor controlunits.
They are easy to use, replace, and maintain. The working state of thecontrol unit is clearly displayed on position indicator area on the panel. Areliable mechanical interlocking is used for preventingmaloperation.
